Sex Magick 101 || Crystal Pleasure

When it comes to physical intimacy whether it be with a long-time partner or someone you’re

newly dating, expectations always seem to be held to a ridiculous standard. There’s immense

pressure to look perfect, to not sweat, to hide your extra belly fat, to be vocal, but not so loud

that you freak the other person out. Then there’s the ever-daunting goal to make sure you and

the other person have a seamless orgasm. These stressors will only create blockages, virtually

making it impossible to maintain a sense of clarity in your body, mind, and aura. Without that

clarity, it’s going to be that much more difficult to engage in an exchange of energy with

another person through an act of intimacy.

I’ve recommended crystal healing to several clients to aid them in their journey of self-

discovery, confidence, and professional success. There’s no reason why the same principles

can’t be applied to amplifying sexual energy. When presented with this topic I was so excited to

be fulfilling my dream of being Carrie Bradshaw adjacent a la Sex and the City (minus the whole

being a needy and horrible friend part). Am I promising you that with these crystals you are

going to evolve into a fiery sex goddess? While that would be dope, that’s not what I’m

promising. However, I can assure that with proper use coupled with a sense of conviction you

will be that much more clear headed, and forthright. These are my top three crystals to use for

better intimacy and how to best use them.

Tiger’s Eye – boosts confidence, fuels passion, aids in balance.

Smoky Quartz – soothing properties, helpful for those with emotional wounds, assists with the

free flow of energy throughout the body

Carnelian – stimulates creativity, vitality, and promotes courage + positive choices. Stimulates

action

Each of these crystals have a direct association with the sacral chakra (lower abdomen). A

healthy and active sacral chakra can promote trust, sexuality, and grounded energy. I chose

each of these crystals because of their sacral relationship, I find that when it comes to sex and

intimacy the sacral chakra is the most important next to the crown and heart centers.

Make sure to cleanse all crystals, I prefer lighting sage or Palo Santo and allowing the smoke to

cover the crystals completely for a minute or so. Place the stone in your receiving hand (I’m

right handed so my left is my receiving) and set an intention. This doesn’t have to be anything

complicated just simply assign a statement to each crystal.

My favorites are: I welcome all forms of love into my life. I will always be loved and provided for.

Abundance and infatuation flows through me.

After that I recommend keeping the crystals close to you as possible, in your pocket, bra, bag

etc. The closer they are to your body the better they will work. When engaging in intimacy they

can remain in the space being placed on a nearby table. Note: crystals act as a sponge and soak

up all sorts of energy. Make sure to cleanse them often to maintain their integrity. Daily is

preferred.

While this entire article is about nourishing a frequency of passion with a partner, there’s

nothing more important than maintaining that same sense of fire within yourself.
