It’s amazing how fast 2018 has gone by and how much we all have shifted into new people. It’s like we (as a collective) have all had to force our shadows out of its hiding place in order to figure out what we kept missing. It’s been quite the year, but there’s still another three weeks left and those three weeks are pivotal to our survival in 2019! How great is that? Our hard work and healing doesn’t heal now, in fact it continues to grow and shift itself into abundance over the next couple of months. Reflect on what you have gone through this year and how that has led you to this next level of life. You’re not alone in this fight for success pal and you know that, look around everyone around is doing whatever they need to in order to be what they were sent here to be.

In this year alone so much change has happened and it’s not going to stop any time soon! The cosmic energy that we’re experiencing is the exact type of juju we need to get the ball rolling. That feeling of “coming into your own” is vibrating beneath us and you better catch up with it before it’s too late. Recently I’ve been having a lot of conversations about parenting and backgrounds. As people we tend to forget that at some point we become responsible for our own selves. As children it was our parents or guardians responsibilities to care for us and to make sure that we were fed, had clothes, went to school, etc. it was their job to make sure that we had the basic life necessities. Those moments as children have led us into our adult years and now some of those ways need to be rewritten for many reasons. First of all, you’re the ONLY one that is responsible for yourself now and if that scares you that’s fine. Don’t let that fear stop you from doing what needs to be done though. Maybe you didn’t have the best childhood or your parents didn’t teach you how to be a functioning person. October’s Full Moon ritual is very simple and can be done during the day or night! I personally enjoy doing my moon rituals right before the sun comes up, I like the in between light and dark. This ritual will be focusing on what actions we need to take in order to align with our desires. This ritual is super simple and doesn’t require a lot of items, nor do you have to do anything elaborate.

What you’ll need

1. Notebook/ Notepad

2. Your favorite pen

3. A warm drink

4. Your favorite crystals

Make sure that you’re in a quiet space and somewhere you won’t be disturbed by anyone. Do whatever you need in order to quiet your mind and connect to spirit. During this time you can shuffle your deck, meditate, do yoga, dance, etc. anything that helps bring you closer to source and allow you to be open with yourself.

Full Moons are a great time to release things and step into new phases. Life is all about moving forward and allowing ourselves the chance to face what we keep hidden. Step 2: Write a list of things you want to disconnect from and burn it.

• Invision each thing fading into the unknown as you watch your paper burn!

• If you can’t use fire, you can write the list on toilet paper and flush it!

Step 3: Give thanks your spirit guides/angels/ancestors for hearing you and guiding you.

Step 4: Eat something light, dance around, take a shower, or do something relaxing!
