The Chariot and The Lovers Reversed

Have you noticed that a lot of the spiritual advice you receive online is always telling you to heal your trauma or to push pass boundaries that were created for you? As good as the work of shadow healing is, at some point you’ve got to stop sitting and start moving. The ultimate guide to divine peace and power is knowing how to manifest with what aligns with your current needs. If you’re constantly sitting within your shadows, all you will get is darkness and emotional baggage. Now hear me out, I’m not saying don’t ever cross the threshold of your dark side. What I’m saying is learn how to use what you’ve learned beneath, to guide you above. “As above, so below.” You must meet yourself, your spirits and ancestors, light and dark in the middle.

Shadow work is null if the lessons aren’t turned into actions, as a healer my best life lesson came when I realized that I am also learning while I share knowledge. Same goes for you, you know yourself better than anyone now it’s time for you to introduce that person to the world. You’ve done the work with identifying your boundaries and understanding why you have them in the first place. In order for you to really see how that works, you have to vocalize them. Your story, your triumphs, your pain, your wins and loses all have given you the gift of teaching. Share what you’ve learned , because that is how we can help each other heal.

Below I have created “mindfulness affirmations” for each astrological element group in relation to each tarot card.

The Chariot - Things you should be mindful of.

• It isn’t a competition, you are not competing with anyone, not even yourself. You are successful because you work hard and you trust your path, not because you are better than the next. Humble thyself. (Leo, Sagittarius and Aries)

• When are you going to start pouring all your energy into yourself for real? You constantly show the world that you’ve got it all together, but at some point you’ve actually got to get it together. Stop faking the funk and take control over your shit for real. The only one pumping the breaks on your growth is you baby. (Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio)

• Keep fucking going! You are right where you need to be to win this race. Having the faith behind the drive is what keeps you motivated. However, don’t be so into getting ahead that you forget to handle your present business. Be focused on your work, finances and health during this time! You’re going to need to be in tiptop shape over the next few weeks! (Aquarius, Libra and Gemini)

• Having a community is necessary for your existence. You may think that working alone is what works for you, but it’s not. You are collaborative by nature, you are someone who people listen to and vibe with because you know shit. Don’t pass up the chance to tap into that energy or sense of community. You will be able to do more meaningful work if you surround yourself with people who align with your creative and authentic self. (Capricorn, Taurus and Virgo)

• It’s funny how you never notice the people who notice you. All you ever see is who isn’t giving you attention and that’s where your anxiety and warped versions of folks comes in. Stop trying to make everything and everyone align with you and your needs. The people who root for you and love you within your boundaries are who you should be pouring into. At some point, you’ll realize that most folks who you think are ignoring you are actually just intimidated by your energy. Rock with those who can handle your vibe! (Leo, Sagittarius and Aries)

• Let the people who love you. help you during this time. You think that because you feel so deeply that no one else can understand the magnitude of your emotions. You’re wrong, there are multiple sources and outlets for you right now. Whether that is therapy, a new spiritual practice, books, music, etc. . . You are being called to expose your emotional self at a level that you form a healthier relationship with yourself. (Pisces, Cancer and Scorpio)

• You are often not aware of just how powerful you are and that’s crazy when everyone around you does. You collect people who reflect your inner self and that’s how it has always been. Your energy manifests itself in the relationships that you find yourself in. If you’re around people that make you feel low ask yourself why you’re allowing that energy to be around you. Checking how you treat yourself is how others will follow suit! (Aquarius, Libra and Gemini)

• Trusting people is something you don’t take lightly and that’s to be expected when you see shit for what it really is. However, your skepticism can also cause you to miss out on some really special moments. Allow your relationships (especially romantic ones) find their flow naturally and with ease. It’s easy to want to know what is going to happen or how something is going to happen. Right now though, you need to take it easy and let The Divine lead you to great heights. Trust this process, because whether you realize it or not someone/something is coming to shake your shit up and you need it. (Taurus, Capricorn and Virgo)

A Letter From Your Editor | November 2019

It’s a wild feeling to realize just how special you are and what that actually means for your life’s work. You are limitless when you step into your own power and though you have boundaries. You are still someone who has figured out the key to their own success. That’s it though, knowing that your key won’t fit anyone else’s lock nor will it open any door outside of what’s meant for YOU. In order to get to that point though, you have to figure out what you want to align with, what you are aligning with and what your boundaries are. Those three things can (and will) guide you to and through your life’s journey.

Recognize that The Divine is you, everything you do (especially the things that bring fulfillment into your realm) is because of The Divine. Blessed one, and you are most certainly blessed because you’re still living your path. Whether you’re just figuring it out, are excelling, or you’re starting over for the 10th time… You are exactly where you are meant to be. In this space right now, I want you to ask yourself if you’ve really been holding you in light. Have you’ve been letting discomfort lead you or praying from a place of frustration or lack? If yes, then I need you to HEAR ME when I say this, okay? YOU ARE ALREADY ABUNDANT. The Universe shows up for those who know how to (or at least are ready to) use their blessings because they know that that’s what they’re meant to have. You are a DIVINE being created in the image of The Divine itself, so how are you going to ignore the fact that you were created to manifest?

Trust your process and trust that your guides and angels are listening to you and working on your behalf. You just have to do your part of that relationship and that’s showing up for them too. You can not work with any form of energy, whether living or ethereal unless you have formed a trusted relationship with it. It’s simple really, would you have the friends that you do if you never picked up the phone? Hung out with them? Made an effort to be in their lives? No, you wouldn’t and that’s the exact thing that people always fuck up when they get into this spiritual life.

For me, I talk with my ancestors and angels EVERY single day, multiple times a day if we’re being real. I have full blown conversations with them and sometimes they talk back and sometimes they quietly lead me to where it is that I need to be. Get to know your spirits folks! Get to know the entities that take care of you in the spirit realm. Know their names, stories, and communication style! I know that seems impossible to some and you’re probably thinking “what the hell is she talking about, how can I speak to what I can’t see?”. When my Grandfather passed away in June 2019, a single bumble landed on my knee when I heard the news. After that whenever I thought of him a bumble bee would show up and buzz around my head. Now, he shows up in my dreams with open arms and hugs, which is so beautiful and amazing. He constantly brings me messages to tell my family and often shows up when I least expect it too. Like how my new car tag is an angel number AND has his initials on it. Wild right?

Start writing down when you see spirit numbers (numerology), when you have dreams that involve your ancestors make notes! They are helping you, help yourself and let’s be real we all need some guidance. Treat yourself with care and your magick will flow freely! You are the light, you are the dark and all that is in between. When you align yourself with who you REALLY are, The Universe will show up and put people in your life who match that energy.

You are deserving of worthy people who love you within your boundaries, You need to love you within your boundaries.
